Trouble getting enough sleep at night? If so, it only means that you’ve had a lot of practice at keeping yourself awake. I’ve made a set of two hypnosis recordings you can use to re-tune your mind, and re-teach it how to sleep when it’s time to sleep.

Use the first version when it’s bedtime and you want to just lie down, get lulled to sleep and stay there until morning. Listen to this recording every evening when you go to bed.
